George Mathai
CEO & Managing Director
Terrafirm was incorporated in the year 2003 and headquartered in Aluva, Ernakulam district, Kerala, India. It was founded by George Mathai an architect, entrepreneur, academician and planter. He is a trustee of Nedumchalil Trust Hospital a healthcare venture founded by his late father
Dr N M Mathai and also professor & design chair at the department of architecture KMEA college of Engineering, Kochi, Kerala.

Minna George
Director (Admin & Finance)
Minna George is an economics graduate and farming /horticulture enthusiast with prolonged experience in business and entrepreneurship. She is the daughter of late Shri C V Jacob founder chairman of Synthite and also trustee of CVJ foundation the CSR arm of Synthite group the global leaders in Processed spices and Oleoresins.
The company has since ventured into multiple avenues of operations viz responsible farming and food processing. The company established its first state of the art 15000 square feet high-tech processing unit within its own farm grounds in Aluva, Kerala, India in the year 2021. This unit was awarded with ISO -22000-2018, HACCP, GMP certification in year 2022 and USFDA certification in year 2023.
